Plan to Protect Orientation Training

This orientation will help you to understand why both in person and online safety are important in the SCBC church ministry and how we can implement a child protection plan to increase in-person programs and online safety. Upon the completion of the 1.5 hours orientation, you will receive a certificate from Plan To Protect.

Who: Parents, children ministry leaders or anyone concerned about child safety.
Trainer: Karen Leung has been working in the insurance field by profession for more than a decade and is certified as a trainer by Plan To Protect. She is also one of the key leaders in children’s ministry who coordinate children’s programs for kids and provide support for parents. Karen spent two years serving at SCBC as seminary student and also recently graduated from her Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry: New generation and Multicultural church.
